Home Entertainment and Design April 2004

Beatrice Gonzalez had a problem. Her client didn’t want to block the view that’s visible through his bedroom windows. And he wanted to be able to watch his plasma television from three different vantage points in the room.

Gonzalez’s solution? A sculptural stand she calls the Axis. Her client was so thrilled that he urged her to produce the stand on a larger scale, which is exactly what the Coconut Grove, Florida –based interior designer is doing. She’s even won two interior design awards for her interior design creation.
