PROJECT TYPE: CONDOMINIUM, PUBLIC SPACE, NEW CONSTRUCTION

BUDGET: $425,000

SQ. FT.: 20,000

REQUIREMENTS: Develop a youthful yet timeless interior design reflecting the building’s demographics.

DESIGN CONCEPT: Warm “modernish” with a touch of ethnic elements to offset the clean lines of the furniture. Cool colors of aqua and green were selected to help integrate the colors of the Bay.

CHALLENGE: Work closely with the Architects and Engineers to maximize a very limited ceiling height.
