PROJECT TYPE: CONDOMINIUM, PUBLIC SPACE, NEW CONSTRUCTION

BUDGET: $135,000

SQ. FT.: 8,000

REQUIREMENTS: Space plan and develop all interior spaces and concepts for the common areas of the condominium. To include: Lobby, Elevators, Amenity Floor, Clubhouse and Pool Areas.

DESIGN CONCEPT: Classic elegance was the focus of our design concept for Carroll Walk. Use of luxurious materials, such as onyx and mahogany elevated the design to create a luxurious feeling, yet still have a relaxed atmosphere.

CHALLENGE: A tiny lobby space was carved out of using curved forms that added interest and design to what was actually just a hallway corridor.
